France Best Selling Albums Ever:
Update Part 6 (41-21)

#41 – 7,000 units

Céline Dion – S’il Suffisait d’Aimer (1998) : 1 895 000

S’Il Suffisait d’Aimer seems to pale in comparison of D’Eux. Don’t get it wrong though – this 1998 record is a mind-blowing seller on his own. Even if it doesn’t come close to D’Eux catalog sales, it performs fairly well in absolute terms, also doing wonders among the rest of Celine Dion discography of studio albums, especially way better than her English-speaking albums. Excluded from the Catalog Chart during various months for no obvious reason, the album went #128 in the big chart on the back of Encore Un Soir release. It also charted at #136 in the new albums chart as part of a 2CD pack with Live A Paris.
