Streaming World: Back To 2012

2012 TOP 60 HITS – 56 to 60 (+61)

We start this list with six strong songs. One Day / Reckoning Song is a real stand-out hit from this year. This song by Israeli singer Asaf Avidan failed to enter the US Hot 100 while peaking at #30 in the UK. It has still amass the impressive 159,6 million streams.

P!nk‘s Try was a long lasting hit everywhere – so long that it is still streamed a lot to this day. Lana Del Rey‘s Blue Jeans was rather similar too with Top 20 peaks at best but an enduring appeal. None of those two songs are the biggest hits from their respective albums so expect to met P!nk and Lana again later on this ranking.

Speaking of divas, Hayley Williams is up there with her collaboration with Zedd.

Kendrick Lamar makes the list too with Money Trees. It is the first non-single to feature inside the ranking. The track is taken off the album Good Kid, M.A.A.D City, widely considered as the best album from 2012. Among acclaimed rappers Kanye West is there too with his GOOD Music project and the song Clique.
