Data collector – Biggest CSPC Albums of the 1990s

Whitney Houston, one of the greatest singers of all time.

Let’s continue our journey back in the past by focusing on the 90s. This decade is known as the all-time peak of the music market, especially album sales that went through the roof. Selling 10 millions albums has always been a great performance, but during this period many albums achieved this mark. Which albums from this era have been the most successful up to date? You will find the answer in the list below!

The albums ranked here have been released from January 1, 1990 to December 31, 1999. All figures are given in EAS (equivalent album sales).

Please keep in mind that some albums haven’t been studied so far, e.g. Alanis Morissette‘s Jagged Little Pill, Santana‘s Supernatural and Ace of Base‘s Happy Nation. All figures reflect the value as collected at the time of the artist’s respective articles.

A lot of lists like this one are available in the Data Collector, so feel free to read them to gauge how your favorite artist charts on them.
