https://flic.kr/p/96jcVK

Some months ago, a ranking about the biggest albums of the 2010s have been added to the Data Collector. It is now time to look at the 2000s and remember which albums have crushed the charts during this period. Do your favorite album ranked well? You will find the answer in the list below!

The albums ranked here have been released from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2009. The figures are given in EAS (equivalent album sales).

Please keep in mind that some albums haven’t been studied so far, e.g. Evanescence‘s Fallen, James Blunt‘s Back to Bedlam or 50 Cent‘s Get Rich Or Die Tryin’. All figures reflect the value as collected at the time of the artist’s respective articles.

A lot of lists like this one are available in the Data Collector, so feel free to read them to gauge how your favorite artist charts within it.

Last thing, the list about the biggest albums of the 2010s did include 50 albums. It is now extended to 100!
