If we look at a 4-years span, Celine Dion will emerge as the biggest artist ever with her 1996-1999 period generating an absolutely insane number of records sold. That would still leave out D’Eux which is quite simply the best selling French album ever. Such feats can only testify an outstanding popularity which is confirmed by the overall total of 192 million album sales equivalent managed by the Canadian superstar.
