After publishing articles about Biggest Digital Single Sellers and Biggest Physical Single Sellers a few days ago, it is time to add a list about the last category single-oriented: Streaming. Do the Beatles and Rihanna, who have dominated the previous categories, also lead this list? Is it mostly made up of artists who have emerged in recent years? You will find the answer in the list below!

Please keep in mind some artists with strong results in this format haven't been studied so far, e.g. The Chainsmokers, Kendrick Lamar or Sia. All figures reflect the value as collected at the time of the artist's respective articles. This precision is very important because of the fast increase of Streaming figures for now.

A lot of lists like this one are available in the Data Collector, so feel free to read them to gauge how your favorite artist ranked in it.

Reminder of the formula:

Equivalent Albums Sales (EAS) = 212/132 * Spotify streams / 1500 + YouTube views / 11750

Awesome jon for Drake!

Justin Bieber should be in the top 3 when updated.

Rihanna is above Beyonce again.

Eminem is the King of Rap. Hopefully the Queen Of Rap Nicki Minaj will be analyzed soon.

It's kinda sad rock bands (hard ones) are not popular anymore. Linkin Park already lost their vocalist so im not sure if they can be popular again unless they get a very likable vocalist

Michael is the only artist from the 70's/80's era here. Proves his music definitely is timeless.

i expect Shakira to rise insanely since her last era gathered over 5 billion streams on YouTube alone.

Looking at Queen's streaming total they are up to 2,934,000 equivalent sales from streaming so only just missed out on the top 25 - probably be number 26 as only 16,000 off Shakira!

Hi MJD, are those Beyonce numbers only hers or did you include the numbers of Destiny's Child to it?

RLAAMJR is just an uncreative troll begging for attention. He/She was banned from another forum for being unnecessary. Pathetic 🙂

It's only Beyoncé. Destiny's Child has a separated study.

I know this is probably me being lazy but do you have separate lists for Spotify and Youtube streaming numbers? It'd be nice to see the raw data for streaming, just like digital downloads and physical singles.
