Hello, when are admins going to update sales? It’s been over 2 years from last update..
With Bloody Mary becoming the top streaming song from Born This Way in the coming weeks at Spotify and with the release of Top Gun: Maverick soundtrack, credited to Gaga and Hans Zimmer, I’m curious to see where her catalog stands
The Fame Monster EP was certified 2xPlatinum in France for sales of over 200.000 yet you didn’t count these for the EP’s sales
Hi Admins! I was wondering if or when a new update for Gaga is coming? I don't want to sound pushy or kinda asshole-ish, I'm just a curious fan. I would love for the update to include the new physical sales estimates! Thanks so much!
Poker Face is 4x platinum and Just Dance is 2x platinum in Germany now. Will the numbers go up now? Or stay same
So, would you consider "Million Reasons" as a successful song/hit in the end?
Initially, the song flopped in virtually every chart, but it still did managed to sell 1,1M downloads in the US which wasn't an easy feat for 2016/17 standards. Most importantly, it amassed more than 700M streams on Spotify and more than 400M official views on YouTube.
Hello! When are you going to update? It’s been almost 2,5 years from last update.
Hello! I want to know the digital sales of Poker Face and Just Dance. These two songs didn't include in the Top singles – Digital sales chart.
As you write, "Please keep in mind that some artists are missing, because their analysis has not been done yet. ”, I want to know the most accurate data of the songs, please! Thank you!
Hello MJD, I love your work so so much!
I really appreciate that each year you improve your site more and more and I hope you'll receive all the recognition you deserve.
I wanted to ask you: what do you think is the benchmark for a legitimate hit in the digital era (around 2006-2014 when the downloads climate was still healthy).
5M worldwide sales ? 6M worldwide sales ?
I think anything above 10M+ is a blockbuster hit. Hits that stand at 3M+ units could be considered moderate success. Anything around 1M+ is clearly a flop.
I'd love to hear your opinion! And if other admins/ chart connoisseurs could share it.
I think Million Reasons is Gaga's worst lead single personally outside of the cheek to cheek albums, even though it's still an amazing song, just not as good as her others, its isn't her style so it sold poorly.
