It's still absent from the list, however it should be here for months now.
The Neighbourhood - Sweater Weather already has 1,779 billion streams across all versions. Considering the recent song's resurrection, it will enter the top 50 of the most streamed songs ever by the end of October.
"Sweater weather" by The Neighbourhood has recently entered the top 50. It's at 1.856B at the moment
It was at 1,871B the weeks ago already 😉 It's definitely inside the top 50 for some time now.
Is numb encore way too different to the original and that's why you guys are not counting it?
The Weeknd's The Hills currently has 1,874,395,322 so it's gonna surpass Happier in a day or two.
“Sweater weather” by The Neighbourhood is ALREADY at 2 Billion streams. So The Hills will still be at #51.
Nice, I don't expect a Kate Bush-type phenomenon here though, Never Let Me Down Again is far from being their catchiest and most popular song...
Btw, if you requested Kanye "I Love Hitler" West to be studied, don't hesitate to switch your vote to Depeche Mode, a more successful and much more global act than him (actually more popular in Europe than in the US), Kanye being another US-centric act and a lot of these have been studied already.
The chart neeeds an update. There are songs that are in the top 50, that aren't showed.
Harry Styles song "As It Was" has 1,890,340,123 streams on Spotify as of 07/02/2023. It should now be on the https://chartmasters.org/spotify-most-streamed-songs/ list in 50th position.
It is already at 1.9B streams, however it is at 51-52 position along with The Weeknd's 'The Hills' that is at 1,9B streams too.A song that should actually be inside top50 by now is The Neighbourhood's 'Sweater Weather' that is at 2,052B streams as of now.
Also, the next one to join the three mentioned above inside the top50 is Calvin Harris' 'One Kiss' with 1.868B streams as of now.
The list should definitely be updated!
Hi Chip Norton and LiohaK!
Thanks for noticing, missing songs have been added, Numb too.
Hi, Sorry by Justin Bieber has dobble the amount of streams it's supposed to. The Good Morning Music: Breakfast In Bed counts the same streams as the original one.
Mi Gente (Fiesta en mi casa and the original one), Wake Me Up (True and True (Bonus Edition) and I Took A Pill in Ibiza Seeb Remix (Sunbathing Soudtrack and At Night, Alone. (Expanded Edition)) has more than double the amount of streams that they should, since their most streamed version is counted twice.
