i think you should change your method for japanese streaming numbers because they dont really make sense,

for example, Yoru Ni Kakeru by Yoasobi has over 500 millions certified streams on japan, yet if we're going by the estimates based on AWA, it should only have 350 million streams

feel special by twice(not a japanese song) would also have about 80 million streams, even though it was certified for over 200 million streams

and for western songs, stay by justin bieber would have nearly 90 million streams even though it was also certified for 200 million streams
