No, albums added below 500m are non-English albums belonging to the most streamed ever in their language, or very recent releases that will hit 500 million in a relative close future.

Crash is a new album, for ongoing years we always allow lower albums at the start of the year (say 100m+), then start limiting to roughly 300m+ albums from the summer, and 500m+ by the next year. The point is to follow these albums while they are alive, rather than adding them at the end of their chart life, while making sure that the 2022 list isn't near empty!
