Most-Streamed Artists on Audio DSPs – How it Works We estimate audio-on-demand (AOD) streams across all major Digital Streaming Platforms (DSPs) to determine the most-streamed artists globally. This ranking reflects the top artists based on estimated career streams from AOD platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, YouTube Music, and notable regional services like Anghami, Gaana, Joox, Melon, JioSaavn, Boomplay, among others. Radio-style platforms (e.g., iHeartRadio, Pandora) and video platforms are excluded from our data. Because most DSPs do not publicly share playcounts, and labels themselves only receive consolidated figures several months later, we rely on estimates to deliver a comprehensive view of an artist's streaming performance.
