In 1991 until 2003 I think there wasn't re-releases of catalog albums, only a few compilations ("Anthology" ,"1") were released and all of them charted in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 at the time

I m guessing in September she will release repu tv as tour will take break like it is doing in April and end eras tour with debut tv on her 35 th bday. Just a guess.
And then I feel she will take break from touring for some years and focus on her personal life too. As it must feel burnout from biggest tour of all time. And I feel we will get ts12 in 2025 and ts13 on her 20 th anniversary of her debut in 2026. 100 million pure sales by end of decade is highly achievable. And she knows in streaming era, people want content year after year. And she will keep feeding us
She is releasing the final two TV's in 2025. The Tortured Poets is her only release for 2024

Taylor whole catalog sells and is not around couple of eras. She will never have 21 success but have multiple successful albums which will be over 20 million by 2020s decade end ( 8 counting new one ).

It’s confusion though, have billboard certified the albums that way, they still seem to have Mariah Carey well on top in certifications , I see midnight got like 2P in October 2022 I can’t see it updated since, do they review it just so often and release together etc?
Are we getting a full update after TS11's release? She is the #2 all-time female right now, but hadn't any updates from pure sales since July last year.
