ASIB's Latin Sales are kinda too low.. considering SHALLOW smashed hard in Brazil it's kinda hard to believe ASIB only sold 10k there.

also JOANNE was certified Platinum in MEX by Amprofon (60k units), 20k sales are kinda low no?

Wow, Lady Gaga outsold Rihanna in pure album sales. That's pretty impressive.

NB: if you happen to be an avid follower of our website and noticed that sales of The Fame went down since our last update (at 15.8 million back then), do not worry. A few sales have been moved under The Fame Monster EP since Discogs reveals some more markets where it got issued. All formats considered the album rises a solid 190K sales. saw a thread in ATRL about this before.. but it's kinda impossible SEA Market is not big in Sales last 2011, maybe they meant ASIA as a whole or SEA plus East Asia only.. or maybe they overshipped???

Only 3.5k physical copies have been shipped to stores in Brazil according to shipment codes and Mexican certs come mostly from streams these days.

Pure album sales have been falling like crazy in Latin America the last few years so don't expect too big sales there anymore.

nnn.. that's sad.. but they clearly underestimated.. Monsters will surely buy the album and considering SHALLOW Smashed, Platinum for ASIB won't be that hard to sell..

What about Born This Way's sales? It seems like a underperformance to me due the marketing level, expectations and Gaga's profile in that time. What do You think, @MJD?

6.72M albums is definitely not an underperformance..
for comparison: TEENAGE DREAM - ~6.9M and LOUD - ~6.5M
