I really don’t know how these works. RAVAGE EP by Rema recorded over 6 million Spotify streams in its first week of release, so it should be called debut. But on this data here, it is showing 3 million streams for the EP. How come, how do you arrive at this?

It indeed got around 6 million streams in globally. The 3m figure you're looking at is not that though, it's in Nigeria only.
