I have never seen an artist go from C league for many years, virtually unknown outside of her niche fanbase, to practically global A league (how is she doing two weeks at #1 in France?! Breaking records in the UK?? More than Olivia and Billie first week in the US!) in basically a year after a handful of hits. Speaks to the millions upon millions (allegedly half of Island's entire marketing budget went to her starting with "Nonsense" push in 2022) that her label invested in her, plus geniunely great pop songs and a gorgeous, appealing star. But it shows that to make someone a star they need to spend MONEY. This did not happen out of the blue.

After you completed Sabrina, Olivia Demi, Selena and miley, maybe you can do an article of the best selling album by Disney acts or child channel stars year by year opr each 3 years maybe (include Hilarry duff and the Jonas Brothers or maybe even Ariana Grande) Would be very interesting in my opinion.

Read comment how she went from c list to A list. Things is labels have stopped promoting new stars in today's music game, but sabrina has the looks talent and combo of nice music. That is what makes you a star. It is always the combination and right promotion and focus by label paid off. Leaving Disney for island was best decision.

Promoting artist is wrong? Mariah used to do same in 90s and by the way it can work for week or two. But if song is rejected by audience. No amount of promo can save.

Album is nearing six million eas in four months. Wonder it will touch ten million by first anniversary without rerelease? I really hope she releases something next year. Strike the iron when it is hot. As streaming era requires constant releases. Like guts is a decent success but clearly fall from sour. So Sabrina really need to either rerelease with five six new smash songs or a full album.

Her commercial appeal is amazing along with good music videos etc. also emails is becoming good catalog seller and more people r discovering that album. So it will also keep on adding like million plus units per year from now on. And might become ten million seller by start of 2030.
