And how do you know which chart to use because there wasn't one official chart but many individual ones?

Miley's numbers from her teen idol phase in 2006-2009 are very impressive. Keep in mind releasing so many albums in a short period of time definitely hurted the overall sales of each project.

Healthy numbers for Bangerz era too, it could've been even bigger if she had released more singles at the time. Plastic Hearts' chart performance is going to be an improvement from Younger Now!

Her streaming numbers are growing and her new album seems to be on pace to do well.

Flowers on Spotify: day 1 - 7.7M / day 2 - 9.6M

Seems to be her biggest song since 2013. She has apparently outdone herself again
