Great article, do you plan to update this one, or are you waiting for Eminem to release something new?

Why did you add 2M sales to the TES album and remove it immediately?

Eminem's biggest strength is he sold 125 million albums, 200 million downloads and one of highest streaming stats. That is just crazy distribution and shows his insane longevity, value of his timeless catalog.

He moves like 7 million eas a year without new releases in long time. His last two albums have good stats and catalog sales.. Both over 5 million each and keep on adding. What a legendary career. He has chance to overtake madonna with the way his catalogue performs and he releases new albums. Crazy man.

debatable stuff - I have to laugh, maybe you think that people were consuming those albums for other reasons than Eminen

He should come up with new music too.. Even if it doesn't reach blockbuster status, it will sell decent amount and will become good catalog seller and will increase his pace to reach 250 million mark. It will take like six years to reach there. New albums will increase that pace. And keep the difference with some other artists.

Why you are not updating the figures? Album sales should be around 230 million

Having said that Dr. Dre has sold 220m+ albums himself, why don't you still update the actual numbers? It must have exceeded 230 million sales by now..You added 2m+ sales to your TES album and deleted it. why?

Also, in the Relapse album, the total album sales part was written approximately 1M less.

What do you mean with "sales"... albums, singles, downloads, bananas or apples?

225-230 million album sales looks much more realistic

Who claims such balderdash? Eminem's management or his personal fan club?

Album sales. I wish there is an official website which gives updated album sales figures of artists. This site updates album sales of some artists and completely ignores others. Requested many times to update Eminem's album sales and they don't even care.

There are two ways of viewing music sales:

  1. Look at certifications and sum up. But sales can be below certifications, because units shipped can also lead to units not being sold. But in many cases, sales are above actual sales.
  2. Try to find out the most likely sales by approximation.

If you claimed Eminem allegedly sold more than 250M albums, then you should at least name an independent source. Eminem's management or any fan clubs aren't serious sources, because they naturally overestimate their respective artists' successes. (See, Elvis' estate still claim he's sold more than 2 billion records, which is absolutely nonsense.)

This site here tries to list all the sales of each release in several countries of a respective artist. And if they only come to 212M EAS by Eminem at the moment, then it is their analysis. And you cannot change their results, even if you prove to be his biggest fan.

And if you want to have Eminem's sales updated, let me tell you:

Sure, you can vote for him to be updated. See the respective list. But you shouldn't expect the whole ChartMasters to prefer certain artists like Eminem. He is one in a zillion releasing artists and certainly not the center of the world. This site here is permanently busy with researching sales. And there are so many to be analyzed artists other than Eminem.

Be fair to every artist. If you can't update the real album sales figures, don't make the list. It's sad that an artist doesn't get what he deserves. Eminem's last album was in top 10 sales worldwide, also one of the most streamed one. The sales number for that album in this site doesn't justify that. Also his classic albums also sold more. And why they are not updating daily and showing it is daily list. At least update monthly, i have seen no change in album sales figures after many months.

Also i have seen comments which say they added 2 M sales for TES album and then removed immediately. This is the another proof that wrong info is given.

Apparently you didn't understand what I wrote:

Eminem is not the center of ChartMasters and certainly not the world!

Therefore, his physical sales are not updated weekly or monthly, as you've requested. Just look outside your fan box to other analyzed artists. There you'll find musicians whose physical sales were updated years ago. Why? Because it's a lot of work to determine them. Furthermore, within your music horizon – about whose size I don't want to speculate here – you probably haven't noticed that there are still so many artists (e.g. from the 20th century... heard about it?) who are still waiting for a complete analysis.

Then I asked you for reliable sources for your claims that Eminem sold so much more... nothing mentioned!

For the future, a little advice:

First read, then understand and finally draw conclusions from comments before replying.
