Why are Eminem’s US sales so different to his soundscan numbers?
He’s around 47m or so on soundscan but has 67m sales in the US.

It's difficult to tell with precision as many albums are close but realistically about #15-16.

Drake will close the round of top current sellers updates, then Deep Purple will be published. Researches about them are already ongoing.

His current Soundscan total is more like 49.2 million up to date. Part of the gap is explained by club sales is about 4.5 million. The thing with the Soundscan figure, is that it doesn't include the 8 Mile Soundtrack, the pair of D12 albums, Bad Meet Evils project, Eminem Presents: The Re-Up and Shady XV. Combined these records sold well over 12 million. Then you need to add over 1 million video sales.

All numbers are always entirely reviewed thanks to new information, which can lead to increases as well as decreases. I would say a 10k gap on a 10m seller means numbers are accurate enough 😉

Sinatra is 83 years on the charts 400 times between singles ( #2) and albums #2 in total number 249/ and 100! On the jazz billboard chart now at number 1 for 93 weeks !! Please do the most important single figure ever music and films combined ( career triple the length of Presley and more relevant now then ever). Everyone from Rock and hip hop are doing homages and tribute albums , Dylan and Stewart built new careers on Frank and Bublé as well! Sinatra should be on any list to be seriously respected , thank you ( you have been postponing it for 5 years but after Elvis you should be ready ( 3 years ago !!Great web site and work
