Bear in mind that most of Madonna's music vídeos were not available in a lot of countries until 2017. And some of her music vídeos were published in her official Channel only in 2017 and 2018. For example:
Material Girl published in 2017: 86 Million YT views.
Dress you up published in 2017: 28 Million YT views.
DCFMA published in 2018: 23 Million YT views.
Human Nature, American Pie, Beautiful Stranger, Die Another Day, I'll Remember and many others Madonna's music vídeos were only published in 2017 and 2018.

If Janet's team don't fix her YT Channel, it is only Janet's fault.
Madonna will never be surpassed by the new generation. MJD never said anything like it. She has over 250 million equivalents with updates. No female artist is even close to Madonna. She has a 50 million lead over Celine which is staggering.
And Madonna has timeless classics which are universally known such as Like a Prayer, Virgin and Hung Up just to name a few. She doesn't need streams at this point when everyone knows these songs.
Janet has one classic: Together Again and sold less than 100 million units. In addition to that she is completely forgotten as an artist. Everyone knows Madonna no matter where you go. Madonna is more known than Mariah and Whitney too worldwide, she doesn't even need hits and everyone knows her.
No female artist will reach that level.

Exactly of course she’s far from the big 4 in terms of numbers but what these people needs to know is that Janet is basically way more kind of a niche artist comparing to the Big4 she mostly did new jack swing rnb pure black music all her career she had few pop songs ( together again, if ( in a lesser extent), all for you) but her music were way less mainstream than the others… this kind of music never sold so much in Europe + she’s not a vocalist. The only exception is maybe Whitney who sold more with her urban albums here in Europe ( I’m your baby tonight and My love is your love) but if you want to compare look at Mariah albums ( except Music box who was pop mainstream and Daydream in a lesser extent) her 1st and 2nd album had been mostly promoted in the US and low Sales in Europe. Music Box catapulted her worldwide and in Europe daydream confirmed it again but since Butterfly and her shift to Rnb her sales in Europe have been moderate to rather lows. The difference is the pace of release. White Pop and AC always had a wider audience than Rnb. And the Super Bowl killed everything and Janet didn’t made much efforts to stay in the spotlight so…
No you misinterpreted what I said. Yeah Janet has way lower streams but Madonna doesn’t have huge streams at all comparing to her huge physical records sales. To me it’s even more schoking than Janet. Janet’s career was killed with the Super Bowl she released 1 studio album in 10 years she disappears for a long time. She didn’t release a single song since 2018 she’s nearly nowhere on social media. Madonna is everywhere and she’s the best selling female artist of all time but her stream numbers are not good for her standard at all and it’s cold fact too
Madonna is not more known than Mariah or Whitney at all my dear open your eyes. People knows Madonna because it’s Madonna that’s it but not for her catalogue. Mariah has the merit for being known for her Christmas voice and whistle voice and Whitney is known for her being the Voice too but Madonna is only remembered for being a provocative feminist woman not for her vocal talent or any other thing
She will be soon be surpassed by Eminem Drake Rihanna Taylor Swift and others it’s just a matter of time nothing last forever
