Chicago is a debatable case, I guess their best known songs from that era (Hard To Say I'm Sorry and You're The Inspiration) aren't really AOR so you might be right to not include them. Bryan Adams seems like the opposite, he had a couple of big AOR hits from Reckless but I feel like the album itself is mostly pop rock.

Def Leppard's Hysteria is very AOR though, the title song, Love Bites, Animal... Some of the biggest AOR songs ever.
