Original Album Sales – Comments
2009 My World / My World 2.0 – 8,800,000
2011 Under The Mistletoe – 2,900,000
2012 Believe – 3,600,000
2015 Purpose – 5,200,000
Justin Bieber’s four studio albums sold a combined 20,5 units, some 5,1 million a piece.
We need to highlight several specificities on this case. The first one is that Under The Mistletoe is a Christmas album, thus selling a bit less than the others but this 2,9 million tally is still fairly good for such a release.
Another point is that Never Say Never: The Remixes, as well as My Worlds Acoustic, and Believe Acoustic, are all ignored from the aforementioned totals. All those releases sold 1 million or more thanks to the strong fan base of the singer. Thus, as we will be able to see during the next pages, Justin Bieber’s albums are bigger than their album sales suggest… but how much bigger?
